Shipping
We use Australia Post for most orders. The shipping costs are as follows:
- Within Australia: $10 for standard shipping, $15 for express shipping, and free shipping on orders over $250.
- Larger Pieces: For larger pieces, shipping costs will be determined using a specialty courier service. We will work with you to find the best option for secure delivery.

International Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of the package.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within Australia: Standard shipping takes 2 to 8 business days, while express shipping takes 1 to 4 business days.
- International: Orders typically arrive within 6 to 27 business days, depending on the destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. If you need to make a return, please contact us first to discuss the issue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering an exchange, refund, or repair if feasible. All shipping costs related to damaged items will be covered by us.
Order Processing Times
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 days of your order being placed.
